CUETS Financial’s CHOICE REWARDS® loyalty program has an annual Spring Campaign to promote enrolment for their credit card products. Every year, the campaign theme and prizing is different, so that credit union employees have a fresh way to promote the products. The ask was to create a website - including an educational game - for credit union employees to learn about the products and promotions, as well as a smaller website for credit union members. We also created email communications, banner ads, and an instructional webinar for credit union employees.
ART DIRECTION / DESIGN / UX
Our team was responsible for coming up with two campaign concept ideas, including education components and prizing for both credit union staff and members. The CUETS team then vetted our ideas and chose to move forward with the concept "The Choice Rewards Live It Up! contest."
I led the project creatively, designed the main creative pieces, and worked with my team to get everything up and running on a tight deadline.
For their 2016 Spring campaign, CUETS Financial was giving away multiple prizes of $6,000 to new credit card customers, as well as tonnes of incentive prizing to staff promoting their cards. So we thought, why not show their customers & staff where they could be with $6,000? So we designed the creative with colourful imagery of fun destinations, and bold, playful typography.
Every campaign, we design a unique "Learn and Earn game" that educates CUETS staff about the credit card products. This year we designed an animated, scrolling quiz game to help staff match the different card products to their customers.
